By this point, you’ll feel the shift. And we’ll use these final sessions to lock it in. You’ll stretch your vision bigger, celebrate your wins, and decide what’s next, on your terms. This is your new baseline.
We go deeper into emotional regulation, nervous system support, and holistic health. You’ll explore your purpose, examine what’s fueling (or draining) you, and start to rebuild your energy: mentally, physically, spiritually and sexually.
This is where the rebel brain shows up, and where we meet it with compassion and strategy. You’ll learn how to spot when you're about to fall back into old habits, and how to shift into nourishing behaviors that actually serve your healing.

How can myofascial release improve my sex life?
Myofascial release is a gentle hands-on technique that helps release tension stored in your fascia: the connective tissue that surrounds your muscles, bones, and organs. When fascia gets tight from stress, trauma, or injury, it can cause pain, stiffness, and emotional blockages. Through myofascial release, we help the body soften, rehydrate, and heal, making space for both physical and emotional relief. It’s not just about feeling better in your body, it’s about helping your whole system reset and thrive.
What is myofascial release?
I believe food is medicine. I don’t do diets or deprivation. That kind of thinking just adds more stress to your plate. Instead, I help you rebuild a loving, intuitive relationship with food that actually supports your healing. I educate on eating to live, not to punish. As a licensed chef, I’ll teach you how to cook (if needed) and show you new, sustainable ways to nourish your body from the inside out.
