I’m Jenna Stewart, and I’ve Walked This Path Too

There was a time when I was holding everything together on the outside while unraveling on the inside. I was running a very successful business but it left me physically and emotionally wrecked. The chronic pain, the emotional stress, the disconnection…it nearly took me out.

So I stopped waiting for permission to change. I stopped pretending I was fine. I got honest. I got curious. 


As a former professional dancer, I’ve spent years studying what creates lasting transformation. Somatic healing, nervous system regulation, mindset work, and the deep wisdom of the body. I’ve turned it into a framework that works. And I teach it in a way that’s practical, grounded, and human.  My healing practice in Topanga, California is a culmination of my certifications & licenses as a chef, somatic practitioner, myofascial release therapist, health/life & neuroscience coach, reiki healer,  Ikigai coach and just a research warrior for overall mental and physical health.  I have worked with multiple revolutionary "talk therapists" in the LA area to understand the mind to body connection and release stored trauma, both mental and physical.
